We are nourished by the Word of God both as it is proclaimed at Mass and as we prayerfully read Sacred Scripture.
You might find one of these groups helpful for your deeper understanding of the Bible.
Saturday Mornings: A group of people gather for a time of reflection and faith sharing on the Scripture readings for the upcoming Sunday Masses. Its purpose is to help us connect the Sunday readings to life experience and to discern how God is calling us to follow Jesus. The group, called Pastor's Bible Study, meets regularly during the entire year from 8:00-9:30 AM in the rectory dining room.

Sunday Mornings: This Adult Bible Study group follows the Little Rock Scripture Study program on Sunday mornings. The participants study a specific Book of the Bible through several weeks. There is a video presentation and discussion based on questions from a study guide. The group meets from 10:10 - 11:10 AM during the school year when religious education classes are scheduled. This time frame is between the two morning masses.

Monday Evenings: This group, known as Lectors' Bible Study, has for its purpose to help lectors better understand the upcoming Sunday readings in order to proclaim them in a meaningful way. Anyone, even if not a lector, who would like to better understand the Scripture Readings at Mass is welcome to attend. The group meets at 7:00 PM in the rectory dining room.
